These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the jayn9 platform and its user ("you" or "user"). By browsing the jayn9 website, creating an account, playing games, or using any service, you will be considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

These Terms have been written in Bengali and that is the sole authoritative version. Even if a translation into another language is available from jayn9, the original Bengali version will be considered definitive.

2.1 Registration Eligibility

To open an account at jayn9, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21.
• You must be a real individual; accounts cannot be opened in the name of corporate entities or automated systems.
• Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts will be closed.
• You must register with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You are fully responsible for all activities conducted from your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact us immediately at [email protected].

2.3 Updating Information

If any of your registered information changes (such as address, phone number, or email), please notify jayn9 immediately. Providing false or incomplete information may result in account closure.

jayn9 is firmly committed to protecting minors. We provide services only to those aged 21 and above. For identity verification, we may request the following documents:

• National Identity Card (NID)
• Copy of passport
• Driving license
• Utility bill or bank statement (for address verification)

Providing false identity or documents will result in account closure and the associated balance may be forfeited.

4.1 Deposit

To deposit funds at jayn9, you may use the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (applicable to all methods).

Deposited funds must be sent from a payment account registered in your own name. Funds from third-party accounts will not be accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. However, delays may occur if identity verification is pending.

• Withdrawals may only be made via the same method used for the deposit (exceptions may apply in certain cases).
• Withdrawals may be restricted if the wagering requirement for an active bonus has not been met.
• jayn9 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and conduct an investigation if fraud is suspected.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at jayn9 will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → Total balance ৳2,500
• Deposit ৳12,000 → Maximum ৳8,000 bonus → Total balance ৳20,000

5.2 Wagering Requirement

Each bonus must meet a 25x wagering requirement before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposit.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may claim each promotion only once.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or fraud is found, the bonus will be cancelled.
• jayn9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• Each promotion may have its own validity period and specific terms.

6.1 General Gaming Rules

Each game at jayn9 is governed by its own rules. Please read the rules of the specific game carefully before playing. Game outcomes are determined entirely by random technology.

6.2 Sports Betting

When betting on sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi, please keep the following in mind:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed.
• If a bet is incomplete due to a technical error, jayn9 will make a decision at its own discretion.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the staked bet amount will be refunded.
• jayn9 reserves the right to void any bet if an unusual or suspicious betting pattern is detected.

6.3 Casino Games

Maximum and minimum bet amounts for live casino and slot games will be displayed in the specific game lobby. If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical issue, jayn9 will arrange to resume from the last saved game state.

6.4 Responsible Gaming

The following activities are strictly prohibited at jayn9, and if any such activity is detected, the account will be closed:
